Melissa Hedrick

Melissa focuses her practice in the areas of Florida administrative law, government contracts/procurement, and complex commercial litigation. She practices all areas of Florida administrative law and appellate advocacy, including licensure, bid protests, government contracts, rulemaking, and rule challenges. She also represents clients in complex commercial litigation including a variety of commercial disputes in both state and federal court.

She received her undergraduate degree in English and Communications from Florida State University in 2015, graduating Summa Cum Laude. In 2018, she graduated in the top five percent of her class from Florida State University College of Law, where she earned the highest grade in six courses and served as an editor of the Florida State University Law Review.

Before entering private practice, Melissa was a staff attorney to Chief Justice Charles T. Canady of the Florida Supreme Court.
